Terms of Service
Version 3 · Effective 2026-07-25 · Plain language; signed engagements are governed by their own SOW. Questions: [email protected]
Who we are
Touchdown Labs (a Delaware C-Corp) provides AI education, system implementation, managed AI services by inquiry, technical research, and open-source tools. Separately scoped research collaborations may cover semiconductors, materials, manufacturing, energy, and water. Availability, scope, price, and outside-provider charges are confirmed in writing.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Upload only telemetry you have the right to share. Do not upload raw prompts, secrets, credentials, personal data of others, or content you lack rights to — our pipeline rejects what it can detect, and you agree not to try to defeat those gates.
- No abuse: no attempts to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or use it to build a directly competing hosted clone.
Your data
You own your uploads, metrics, and reports. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display them back to you and your workspace. We do not use your data to train models without your permission. Privacy details live in the Privacy Policy.
Our numbers
Every figure we produce carries a truth label (measured, projected, plan_only, blocked, unpriced). Projections are projections, not promises. Reports describe your workload as observed; decisions you make from them are yours.
Paid engagements
Training, workshops, system deployments, managed endpoints, diagnostics, pilots, and research collaborations are governed by a signed statement of work covering scope, price, deliverables, and responsibilities. If these terms and an SOW conflict, the SOW wins for that engagement.
The service is provided as-is
The public website, educational materials, research, and free or open-source tooling are provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
We version these terms and note the effective date. Material changes get an email to account holders. Governing law: Delaware, USA. Contact: [email protected].
